What exactly is Rented Sim?

We deliver professional-grade racing simulators to your location, set everything up, and run the experience on-site so you can just show up and race.

What’s included in a rental?

Delivery, setup, calibration, on-site management/support, and teardown. We handle the entire experience from start to finish.

How long is the minimum booking?

The minimum booking is 3 hours.

Do you travel to my area?

We mainly service the Carolina's. Delivery is free within 25 miles of 28078. After that, delivery is $0.99 per mile. Most bookings are within 75 miles, and travel up to 100 miles may be available for select events (typically longer bookings, multi-rig setups, or special requests).

How Does Pricing Work?

$499 for the first 3 hours (per rig)
$149.99 per additional hour (per rig)
$100 off each additional rig added to the same booking
Free delivery within 25 miles of 28078, then $0.99 per mile after

Do you stay on-site during the rental?

Yes. A team member stays on-site to manage rotations, assist drivers, troubleshoot, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Is there an age limit?

No age limit. We can lower wheel and pedal strength for younger drivers, but there is a minimum height requirement (~4'5") to properly fit in the rig and reach the pedals comfortably and safely.

How much space do I need?

A clear area large enough for the rig plus room for people to stand and watch. We’ll confirm space requirements when you book to make sure it fits your location.

Do I need experience to drive?

Not at all. We’ll get everyone set up, explain the basics, and help drivers get comfortable before they start racing.

Can multiple people use the same rig?

Yes. We can run driver rotations and keep things moving so everyone gets a turn.

Do you offer multiple rigs for head-to-head racing?

Yes. Multi-rig setups are available and are ideal for parties, corporate events, and fun races.

What games and cars can we drive?

We run iRacing, which gives you access to a huge range of cars and tracks (F1-style open wheelers, NASCAR, GT3/GT4, endurance prototypes, and more). Tell us what kind of racing you’re into and we’ll set up the session around it.

Do you need power or internet?

For indoor events, access to power is required. For outside events, we can use our own generators to operate the simulators.

What happens if something stops working?

We’re on-site the entire time to manage the setup and handle any issues immediately.

How far in advance should I book?

Earlier is better, especially for weekends and multi-rig events. If you have a last-minute request, reach out and we’ll do our best.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You can cancel at least 2 days in advance at no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

How do I book?

Contact us with your date, location, number of rigs, and how long you want the rental. We’ll confirm availability and lock it in.
